Patrick E. Poston
Results with Integrity.
A St. Louis native and graduate with Honors from the Washington University School of Law, Patrick began his legal career working at defense "mega-firms" defending large corporations. While he gained valuable experience and learned from accomplished litigators, he found himself identifying with the victims of corporate wrong-doing and greed more so than the corporations he defended. Eventually this led to Patrick working for a leading national plaintiff's law firm in St. Louis where he found a new level of professional satisfaction representing railroaders and individuals injured due to the negligence of others. With the founding of his own firm, Patrick continues to fight to ensure others receive justice demanded by the law.
Throughout his career, Patrick has successfully litigated multi-million dollar cases and recovered millions for his clients. In recognition of his legal acumen, Patrick has been named a Super Lawyers' Rising Star in Missouri and Illinois since 2017. This is an honor reserved for less than 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40. Patrick is licensed in the state courts of Illinois and Missouri, and Federal courts in Illinois, Missouri, and Arkansas. Prior to law school, Patrick spent two years teaching in north St. Louis as a part of Teach for America. He also lived and taught in Guatemala City, Guatemala for six months. These experiences enriched his passions for service and justice.
As the son of parents who grew up in the Lead Belt and the grandson of two lead miners, Patrick has deep roots in southeast Missouri and still enjoys spending time on his family's farm there. As a four year varsity baseball player in college, Patrick is a diehard supporter of the St. Louis Cardinals. When he is not working, Patrick enjoys spending his time outdoors with his wife Julie, son Remington, daughter Charleston (Charlie), and their dogs Ducati and Cabela.
